In placing an order with BeThatBody you are declaring that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. Should we discover that you are not legally entitled to be purchasing these goods, we will not be obliged to complete the transaction.

Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, and we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice. Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond BeThatBody's control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.

Product Availability

BeThatBody uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the products shown on this website are available but cannot guarantee that any of the products displayed on the site are in stock or available.

BeThatBody has made every effort to present the true likeness of the product colours on this website. However variants to this may occur due to different screen resolutions and qualities. We therefore cannot guarantee that colours will be as seen on your pc screen.

Product Warranties

BeThatBody does not provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold on this website over and above its statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation.

Refunds & Returns

This website operates in accordance with the EU directives on online trading and distance selling. The EU Consumer Protection Regulations dictate that the buyer has the right to cancel the order without reason, within 14 days of the initial purchase.

A cancellation made to BeThatBody Ltd within the allotted 14 days will be subject to a full refund. In the event that the item has already been dispatched, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded payment.

All postage and packaging payments are non-refundable and any free-gifts included as part of a special offer must be returned alongside the unwanted item, otherwise the cost of those goods will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Except in the case of defective, incomplete or incorrect products, any returns made will be done so at your own expense. You may arrange for us to collect the items from you, but again the costs incurred in doing so will be payable by you, usually through a deduction from the total refund amount.

Our returns policy enables you to exchange, for any reason, for an alternative product within 30 days of the original purchase. The product needs to be returned as new with original packaging, labeling and receipt. The shipment costs for any exchange made within this period will be payable by you.

Defective Items

If a product is defective, please supply a detailed description of the fault and return it in its original packaging, labeling and receipt for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. The cost of returning defective items will be covered by BeThatBody

Events beyond our control

BeThatBody has no liability to you for the failure to deliver goods or any delay or damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstances beyond our control including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, war, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire explosion, civil commotion or governmental actions and any other similar events.
