Goods can be returned within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund or exchange (excluding any return postal charges) subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Goods must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition, that means unworn, labelling attached, all packaging complete and free from make-up and perfume traces.
  Swimwear should be tried on over your own underwear.
• No refund or exchange will be made until the goods have been received back.
• We strongly advise that you use a postal service which gives you re-course should the item get lost in transit.
• High value goods should be sent insured.
• The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Faulty goods are not time limited.
