Returns Policy
Items purchased after the 20th November 2007 but before the 25th December must be returned for a refund or exchange by the 10th January 2008.
Items purchased outside of this period must be returned within the standard returns policy period.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund or exchange (excluding any return postal charges) subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Goods must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition, that means unworn, labelling attached, all packaging complete and free from make-up and perfume traces.
Swimwear should be tried on over your own underwear. - No refund or exchange will be made until the goods have been received back.
- We strongly advise that you use a postal service which gives you re-course should the item get lost in transit.
- High value goods should be sent insured.
- The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Faulty goods are not time limited.
How to Return or Exchange

You will find a returns form inside your parcel. Please fill this in, enclose it with the goods and your original receipt and send the parcel to:-
