Payment
- We accept the following credit and debit cards: - Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo.
- We do not accept payment by cheque or money order.
- We do not process your payment until the day we dispatch your order.
- If your order is dispatched in multiple consignments, we will charge for each one when it is dispatched.
Security
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, bethatbody uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the critically sensitive details you send us over the internet including your name, address and credit card details. This encryption ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your pc and our website.
SSL technology not only encrypts information, it also assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct and secure computer server and it also checks the data being transferred to ensure that it has not been altered in any way.
When you enter an SSL enabled area of the site you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser. This means that the information you enter here is protected.
SSL technology makes on-line purchasing secure, however if you would rather place your order by telephone you can do so by calling our sales team on 01403 733 656.
Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. You should retain the order number for use in any future communications.
Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland free of charge. Orders received on Monday to Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day providing the item(s) is in stock.
- Orders received at other times will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Postage is FREE regardless of order value and items will be sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
- A Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service by 1pm can be specified for a surcharge of £5 for orders up to £100 in value.
- Orders valued at in excess of £100 will be sent using the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service by 1pm at no extra charge. Insurance is included.
- We cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders placed on Fridays which are to be sent to business addresses.
- All orders require a signature as proof of receipt. Unsigned for items will be returned to your local post office depot for later collection.
- We will deliver to your office address if that is more convenient.
- Orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
- At our discretion we will ship to worldwide destinations subject to the buyer paying all shipping charges and taxes that may be applicable in the destination country. If you wish to place an order please e-mail us for a shipping quote - enquiries@bethatbody.com
- Please note that all prices are quoted in £ Sterling.
Stock
We update the stock levels on our site constantly in an effort to ensure that if an item is showing as available it can be dispatched immediately. Occasionally however we do sell out of certain lines and in this instance we will e-mail you to advise you of the stock position. We will advise you of expected future availability and dispatch date and also offer an alternative but similar product. At this stage you can decide whether you want to wait or cancel your purchase.
